All Hydrohuks are posted using NZ Post therefore are subject to NZ Post's terms and conditions. NZ Post items are sent from NZ then are generally passed onto their partner courier companies once overseas. Costs are calculated by the general fee for postage for a Hydrohük in it's packaging. We always recommend opting for tracked postage and will not be held liable for items that do not make it. NZ Post provide insurance for tracked items that are lost or misplaced.
